We will be open and upfront with you about any health concerns we diagnose. Most issues can be recognised at your initial appointment; however some more complex problems may take more time and special investigations to correctly diagnose. We will keep you informed if there is need to make changes to treatment plans and how this affects your fees.

Cancellation policy
There will be no charge for changing your appointment provided that we are given at least 48 hours notice.
We do charge for missed appointments or late cancellations. This allows us to run efficiently and keep our fees at a reasonable level for you and our other patients.
